How it started

littlemuslim began when we sat down and noticed a gap in children's toys and products that truly reflected Islamic values. Looking around the market, we found that many toys were shaped by western ideologies and values that did not always align with what Muslim families wanted to teach their children. We saw a clear need for meaningful alternatives that would help children develop a strong Muslim identity from a young age.

Our goal was to create unique dolls that encourage modesty, haya, and a love for Islamic values, while remaining cute, engaging, and enjoyable for children. We also wanted an alternative that aligns with Islamic principles regarding imagery, something children are exposed to regularly from an early age. With that vision in mind, we spent many months designing and refining the dolls. Every doll is created with the intention of giving Muslim families products that reflect their beliefs and values, while helping children feel proud of their Muslim identity.
