Shipping Policy

We use Shopify Markets to sell and ship internationally.


Where we ship

We ship to:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • United States
  • Europe (including the UK, EU countries, and other European destinations available at checkout)

If your country or region is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.


Prices, shipping & checkout charges

  • Product prices on our store are shown in the currency and market selected for your location (often CAD for Canada).
  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.
  • Depending on your destination, checkout may also show taxes, duties, or import fees as part of your order total when Shopify Markets is configured to collect them for your country.

What appears at checkout is based on your shipping country, our shipping settings, and Shopify Markets rules for that region. We encourage you to review your order summary carefully before completing your purchase.

If a charge is not shown at checkout for your country, it does not always mean no other fees will apply (see “Duties and border fees” below).


Duties and border fees (US, Europe & international)

For orders delivered outside Canada, especially to the United States and Europe:

  • Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage fees.
  • When Shopify Markets collects these at checkout, they will be included in your order total and you will see them on your checkout summary.
  • When they are not collected at checkout, you may still need to pay your country or carrier before or when the package is delivered. Those amounts are set by customs and carriers, not by littlemuslim.
  • Customs processing can delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays, holds, or refused delivery due to unpaid customs or border fees where collection at checkout was not available or not completed.

Canadian orders are delivered within Canada and are not subject to international import customs in the same way as US or European orders.


Order processing time

Processing time is how long we need to prepare your order before it ships. It is not the same as delivery time.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation when your order ships (with tracking when available).

During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.


Estimated delivery times (after shipment)

These are estimates only, not guarantees. Delivery depends on the carrier, customs, and your location.

Canada

  • Ontario: about 2–5 business days after shipment
  • Other provinces: about 3–10 business days after shipment

United States

  • About 5–12 business days after shipment

Europe

  • About 7–21 business days after shipment

Remote areas may take longer. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after we create your label.


Carriers & tracking

We ship using reliable carriers (e.g. Canada Post and international partners). The service depends on your destination and the options shown at checkout.

When tracking is available, it will be in your shipping confirmation email.


Address accuracy

Enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address you provided.

To request an address change, email thelittlemuslimco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipment has started.


Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Delayed: Allow extra time beyond the estimates, especially for US and European orders. Check your tracking link first.

Lost or tracking not updating: Email thelittlemuslimco@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or wrong item: Email thelittlemuslimco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. See our Refund Policy: https://littlemuslim.ca/policies/refund-policy
